Monthly Charity Partner
Our emphasis during December will be to bring food for the Food Pantry and the Back the Blue effort.
After Christmas, the pantry shelves will be bare, so we will be helping restock.
The Pantry will take any food in boxes or cans (not glass). Peanut Butter, soup, canned ravioli, etc., are staples. The BtB prefers MRE’s (meals ready to eat)–food in microwaveable cups, sandwich crackers, power bars, etc.
Crafty Hearts
The Outreach crafters—Crafty Hearts–will begin weekly meetings on Feb. 2—each Monday at 1:00 in the Parish Hall. This is an excellent opportunity to work on items for our October Bazaar, your own handwork, and to visit with your parish friends. You don’t have to be crafty to come enjoy the fellowship.
